  • circuit structure
    After converting to a stable DC voltage using thyristors and diodes, high-frequency power is output through a full-bridge inverter.
  • Output Adjusting Circuit
    Output adjustment is performed by controlling the DC voltage. This method uses thyristor phase control, allowing the output to be selected over a wide range.
    The circuit automatically compensates for power supply voltage variations of ±10%, ensuring stable operation within a range that does not interfere with heating operations.
  • Oscillation circuit/Matching Circuit
    By adopting a parallel-resonance self-oscillation method, the system instantly and automatically adjusts the oscillation frequency to accommodate changes in load impedance during heating, ensuring operation in a stable phase condition.
